Since 2013, JSC "Information-Analytic Center" under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (MES RK) coordinates implementation of the joint project with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the World Bank on school resources. The project is aimed at external independent evaluation of the effectiveness of management, distribution and use of financial, human and technical resources.
The OECD - World Bank "Policy review to improve the efficiency of resource use in schools" is carried out in 15 countries. Kazakhstan is the first country to complete the study. Field research included 53 meetings, visiting schools and 6 268 interviews in the course of two visits to Kazakhstan in February and April of 2014.

In June 10th 2015 the round table on the theme: "The main directions for improving the content of pre-school education" was held by JSC "Information-Analytical Center" (IAC), under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the EC "Preschool childhood."
08.06.2015 Seminar on "Capacity Building on Venture Capital."
On June 8th 2015, the third meeting of the working group and the second capacity building session on the project "Improving the competitiveness of Kazakhstan through the implementation of innovation policy" was held in Rixos Hotel, Astana. The meeting was carried out in the form of a seminar on the topic “Capacity building in the field of venture capital” with the involvement of the foreign expert Peter Lindholm by the OECD in collaboration with JSC Information-Analytic Centre.
On 21 May 2015 within the VII Annual Astana Economic Forum, JSC «Information-Analytic Center» in collaboration with Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Kazakhstan and “The Institute of Economics” CS MES RK organized a panel session on the topic of «Integration of science, education and business: skilled workers training for the innovation economy».
11.05.2015 The 17th meeting of the OECD Network on Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC)
The 17th meeting of the OECD Network on ECEC was held on 4–7th of May 2015. Delegates from 30 countries, representatives of the European Commission, UNICEF and UNESCO participated in the meeting. Singapore, Russia, Kazakhstan and Lithuania were among the OECD partners.
